EPC Property Service provides professional air conditioning installation, servicing and maintenance for homes in Richmond Upon Thames and the surrounding area. As qualified electrical professionals and F-Gas certified installers, we consider both the air conditioning system and the electrical requirements of your property from the outset, helping ensure every installation is properly designed, safely supplied and suited to your home.

We install both wall-mounted and ducted air conditioning systems, with solutions tailored to individual rooms or complete homes. From initial design and installation through to servicing and maintenance, we provide a complete air conditioning service for homeowners in Richmond and the surrounding area.

Air conditioning designed around your home

Every property is different, which is why a good air conditioning installation starts with a proper assessment rather than simply choosing a unit and finding somewhere to fit it.

We consider the size and layout of the rooms, insulation and glazing, heat gain, airflow, noise levels and the way each space is used. We also look at the electrical requirements from the outset, helping ensure the complete system is properly planned and safely supplied.

Whether you are considering a discreet wall-mounted system for a single room or ducted air conditioning for several rooms or a complete home, we can help design a solution that balances comfort, efficiency, appearance and practicality.

Our aim is to provide homeowners in Richmond with an air conditioning system that is properly suited to their property and designed to perform effectively for years to come.

Air conditioning options for your home

Choosing the right type of air conditioning depends on your property, the rooms you want to condition and how discreet you would like the finished installation to be.

Wall-mounted air conditioning

A practical and efficient option for individual rooms such as bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and garden rooms. Modern wall-mounted units are quiet, compact and available in a range of styles to suit different interiors.

Multi-split systems

Where several rooms require air conditioning, a multi-split system can connect multiple indoor units to a single outdoor unit. This can reduce the amount of external equipment required while allowing individual temperature control in each room.

Ducted air conditioning

For homeowners looking for a more discreet solution, ducted air conditioning can be concealed within ceiling or loft spaces, with only carefully positioned grilles or diffusers visible within the rooms. This can be particularly suitable for larger renovations and whole-home installations.

We can discuss the different options during a property survey and help you choose a system that suits your home, comfort requirements, budget and preferred appearance.
