We're EPC Property Service, based in Sunbury-on-Thames. We've been in the trade for 15 years, and our approach has stayed consistent throughout — clear communication, honest advice, and work done properly.

We provide electrical and air conditioning services to the same high standard — NICEIC registered for electrical work, JIB Gold Card holders, and F-Gas certified for air conditioning installation and servicing.
On the electrical side, that covers domestic and light commercial work — rewiring, fault-finding, EICRs, consumer unit upgrades, and general maintenance. On the air conditioning side, we install and service systems for homes across Richmond, Twickenham, Teddington and Hampton, from single-room units to fully zoned ducted setups.
