About Us
We're EPC Property Service, based in Sunbury-on-Thames. We've been in the trade for 15 years, and our approach has stayed consistent throughout — clear communication, honest advice, and work done properly.
We provide professional electrical and air conditioning services for homeowners, landlords and property professionals. We believe good workmanship goes hand in hand with clear communication, honest advice and respect for your property. Whether it's a small electrical job or a complete AC install, we take the same approach: understand what you need, explain your options clearly, and complete the work properly. Our experience is supported by industry qualifications, including NICEIC registration, JIB Gold Card status and F-Gas certification.
